The Al Jaz community derives its name from either the ‘yesh’ (the desert shrub ochradenus arabicus) or the ‘yas’ (myrtus communis). Both do well in Dubai’s desert environment!
Al Jaz is spread over streets 2 and 3 and comprises four buildings set around the community’s private pool. One, two, and three-bedroom apartments make up the 180 units within the development. Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail are easily accessible for commuters and the neighbouring Barsha Heights area are a short distance away.
